Through our state-of-the-art technology-enabled services, community wellness programs, and advocacy and education work, we are building a society in which emotional wellness can be a reality for everyone.

Position Overview:
The Project Manager, People Experience serves as a strategic partner to the People Experience leadership team and cross-functional team members focused on understanding the needs of professional and technical teams and translating them into clear, actionable processes. This role collaborates closely across functions to design and implement project management frameworks that enable successful system rollouts and ongoing departmental optimization. By aligning people, process, and technology, the Analyst drives continuous improvement, supports informed decision-making, and ensures projects are delivered efficiently and collaboratively.

Duties/Responsibilities:
Project Management & Process Optimization
• Partner with the People Experience leadership team to facilitate development, prioritization, and measurement of strategic roadmap initiatives.
• Lead various initiatives, guiding projects from discovery through implementation and close-out.
• Partner with leadership, technical, and operational teams to define business needs and translate them into clear project plans, roles (RACI), and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain key project artifacts, including charters, timelines, testing frameworks, and risk logs.
• Facilitate iterative testing and feedback loops to ensure alignment between process design and system functionality.
• Support configuration, data integrity, and reporting needs by helping teams build sustainable frameworks rather than one-off solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement by evaluating processes, identifying efficiencies, and ensuring delivery within scope, schedule, and budget.

Technical & Stakeholder Liaison
• Translate business needs into technical requirements, bridging communication between end users, HRIS, and IT developers.
• Partner with developers and integration teams to validate and implement solutions.
• Act as the primary point of contact between functional and technical groups.

Requirements & Process Design
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder interviews to capture needs, identify gaps, and define future-state processes.
• Develop Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and process maps.
• Drive consensus on design decisions and document sign-offs.

Data Analysis & Insights
• Leverage Workday and cross-system data to define and measure progress on roadmap initiatives, identify trends, and present actionable insights.
• Develop visual reports and dashboards in a variety of formats (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Workday, etc. Prism Analytics).
• Use data storytelling to support leadership awareness and decision-making.

Testing, Governance & Quality Assurance
• Develop and execute test plans and UAT scripts for new releases and integrations.
• Establish governance practices for change requests, documentation, and risk mitigation.
• Monitor post-deployment feedback and outcomes to ensure quality and compliance.

Technical Acumen & Change Management
• Understand system architecture and integration dependencies.
• Support technical discussions on design, testing, and data flow.
• Communicate system updates and changes clearly to drive user adoption.
• Coordinate employee-focused communications and training needs with accountable team members.
• Other duties as assigned.

Required Skills & Abilities:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Demonstrated success implementing HRIS or enterprise system improvements, with Workday experience strongly preferred.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for diverse audiences.
• Proficiency in visualization and documentation tools such as Lucidchart, Visio, and PowerPoint.
• Exposure to project management and collaboration platforms strongly preferred. Experience using project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Smartsheet) to coordinate tasks and track deliverables.
• Highly organized, adaptable, and collaborative, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3-4 years of project management experience.
• Minimum 5 years in business analysis, systems, or project management roles.
• Hands-on experience with Workday (preferred: Core HCM, Recruiting, or Compensation).
• Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end projects or system rollouts.

Physical Requirements:
• Must be able to remain in a stationary position for at least 50% of the time.
• Will attend events and meetings within and outside the main office, including conferences and strategic retreats.
• Will frequently communicate over video and phone with internal and external stakeholders.
• Will operate a computer and other standard office equipment daily.

We determine base pay through a comprehensive review of skills, experience, education, certifications, geographic location, and other relevant factors. The range listed reflects the compensation parameters for the role and does not represent the full compensation package. A complete overview of compensation and benefits will be provided by the Talent Acquisition team during the hiring process.
