Business Analyst - Generation Reshaping/Very Large Customer

We Energies, a subsidiary of WEC Energy Group, is seeking a Business Analyst - Generation Reshaping/Very Large Customer. The role involves supporting the Very Large Customer tariff origination and administration, managing contracts, analyzing tariffs and pricing structures, and providing insights from complex data analysis. Responsibilities Support of the We Energies Very Large Customer tariff (VLC) origination and administration Management of VLC contracts throughout their lifecycle, including amendments, renewals, and dispute resolution Working with local governments, regulatory bodies, community organizations, and external stakeholders Analyze tariffs, rate schedules, and pricing structures within regulated or competitive markets Administration of VLC electric transmission and distribution system planning and operational impact Perform analysis on large amounts of complex data to provide the business with fact-based insights Offer internal process and user/customer perspective of simplicity, efficiency, and effectiveness into design and analysis Maintain and distribute reports containing bolthires and schedule information to leadership and assisting work groups Support the team’s continuous improvement efforts by offering perspective on reporting and process improvements, and in ensuring coordination and communication across assisting work groups as to project status, milestones and expectations Develop functional, process, and system documentation Skills Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Information Systems/Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline is requiredThe Associate Business Analyst is an entry level analyst position where relevant experience is preferred Strong analysis, decision making and problem solving skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal) Ability to work as part of a team and interact effectively with others Excellent organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple tasks under time constraints Proficient in standard office software (MS Excel, Visio, Word) Experience working with project management methodology preferred Experience managing contracts throughout their lifecycle (e.g., amendments, renewals, and dispute resolution) Proven experience supporting or leading business development initiatives, including stakeholder engagement and partnership development Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex rate structures into clear insights for decision-makers Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering, operations, regulatory, and external partners Benefits Competitive pay and benefits Company Overview We Energies is the trade name of Wisconsin Electric Power Company and Wisconsin Gas LLC It was founded in 1896, and is headquartered in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, USA, with a workforce of 1001-5000 employees.Its website is
