[Remote] CAPPS HR/PY Payroll Module Lead Analyst

The role involves extensive knowledge of federal labor laws and system configuration changes, as well as providing oversight and support for payroll processes across multiple agencies.ResponsibilitiesExtensive knowledge of federal labor lawsExtensive knowledge and experience performing system configuration changesExtensive technical skillsets needed with App Designer, Integration Broker, assorted SQR/SQL, BI Publisher, SAP Business Objects, etc. to support functional responsibilitiesExtensive knowledge of security best practices, NIST standards, and multi-tenancy applicability for a statewide ERP instanceExtensive Texas public sector experience, directly working for or supporting a large network (30 or more) of Texas state government agenciesExtensive experience creating and managing a strategic roadmap by combining strong planning skills, functional insight, and effective cross-functional communicationExtensive experience supporting the HR/PY
