Business Analyst

The Business Analyst will support commercial and financial operations by developing customer quotes, maintaining forecasts, and providing business insights. Responsibilities Build customer quotes accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring responsiveness to business and customer needs Strategically develop quotes by balancing multiple inputs, including tariffs, fast-track requirements, purchase order pricing, target pricing, target margins, and the overall importance of the quote to the business Establish and validate lead times to support accurate quoting and customer commitments Maintain and manage sales forecasts, ensuring alignment with current business conditions and strategic objectives Prepare and maintain inside sales reports and support quarterly forecasting processes for North America Run the monthly flash process, developing a clear understanding of in-month performance and variances, and linking results to the overall forecast Analyze business performance and trends to support leadership decision-making Demonstrate a strong understanding of the companyβs business strategy and ensure analytical outputs align with strategic priorities Provide a variety of reports, analyses, and supporting documents to commercial and finance teams to aid pricing, forecasting, and planning activities Other duties as assigned Skills Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance/Accounting, Data Analytics or similar field Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail Ability to manage and prioritize multiple inputs and competing deadlines Experience with pricing, quoting, forecasting, or financial analysis processes Strong business acumen with the ability to understand and support strategic objectives Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, ERP systems, BI tools) Effective communication skills to collaborate with commercial and finance teams This position requires use of information which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
