Business Analyst

They are seeking a Business Analyst to assist in identifying, documenting, and validating changes to processes, policies, and information systems, while also participating in user acceptance testing and requirements analysis. Responsibilities Assists and participates in user acceptance testing, including documentation, verification and release Supports the process of gathering, eliciting, analyzing, documenting and validating the Business area’s user and technical (functional/non-functional) requirements Assists in identifying, documenting and troubleshooting problems in systems, software and processes Partners with Business Analyst in creating ad hoc reports requested by the client including data analysis and generating reports of system data Assists in analyzing and creating detailed documentation of business systems and user needs Aids in monitoring and reporting project status to identify and mitigate risks and to ensure quality and timely deliverables Skills Bachelor's Degree Information Technology, Computer Science or Business or related field In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, an additional 4 years of relevant work experience is required in addition to the required work experience Strong time-management and organizational skill, Proficient Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written form., Proficient Ability to organize stakeholder meetings., Proficient Microsoft Office applications usage., Proficient Must be able to effectively work in a fast-paced environment with frequently changing priorities, deadlines, and workloads that can be variable for long periods of time Must be able to meet established deadlines and handle multiple customer service demands from internal and external customers, within set expectations for service excellence Must be able to effectively communicate and provide positive customer service to every internal and external customer, including customers who may be demanding or otherwise challenging Company Overview Lumen Solutions Inc., is a dynamic small and minority-owned, Disadvantaged Business Enterprise headquartered in Virginia, USA.
