The role will focus on defining and embedding clear rules, guidelines and best practices into a GitHub environment, ensuring alignment across teams and business objectives. The ideal candidate will be a strong coordinator, able to balance stakeholder needs, prioritise requests, and communicate effectively to drive consistency and efficiency. Location: Remote in Romania, Europe Key responsibilities: Define, document, and maintain business rules, policies, and guidelines for GitHub usage across teams Coordinate requests for changes, and resolve issues Provide timelines, communications, and support to teams to ensure compliance with agreed standards Analyse current processes and guidelines, identifying gaps and recommending improvements Support future planning by helping identify and prioritise key enhancements and features Use Jira to track and report on tasks, dependencies and progress Required skills & experience: 3-5 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst in IT of software-driven projects Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies Familiarity with GitHub (including GitHub Actions and Copilot) Hands on experience with Jira for tracking, reporting and managing requests Skilled in requirements gathering, documentation, validation, and process improvement Excellent coordination and communication skills Problem solving mindset with the ability to identify issues and propose solutions Desirable skills: Scrum Master certification, or equivalent Agile certification What’s in it for you: An opportunity to join a fast-growing company Options for career advancement Learning and development opportunities Flexible working environment Competitive salaries based on experience Equal Opportunity Employer: Amach is an equal opportunity employer and makes employment decisions on the basis of merit.
