Business Analyst

Analyze current business processes and identify areas for enhancement or optimization. Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit requirements and ensure well-defined project scopes. Create detailed documentation, including business requirements documents, user stories, and process diagrams. Work with project teams to translate business requirements into functional specifications. Support project management with tracking project progress and addressing any issues that arise. Assist in the development of business cases and cost-benefit analyses to support strategic initiatives. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Technology, or a related field. 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and manage multiple priorities effectively. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management practices is preferred. Relevant certifications, such as Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), are a plus.
