We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Business Analyst in Tallahassee, Florida. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between key stakeholders and the project team, translating business requirements into technical specifications, and identifying trends and patterns through data analysis. Responsibilities:? Facilitate and engage in stakeholder interactions to document business needs, objectives, and challenges.? Conduct workshops, interviews, surveys, and meetings to comprehensively gather project requirements.? Translate and analyze the gathered business requirements into detailed technical specifications.? Create and maintain business requirement documents (BRDs) and functional requirement specifications (FRS).? Prepare use cases, process flow diagrams, and system mockups to effectively visualize proposed solutions.? Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and understanding of requirements.? Collaborate with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of requirements.? Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to verify the alignment of proposed solutions with business needs.? Evaluate existing business processes and recommend improvements or optimizations.? Analyze proposed solutions, identify gaps and issues, and suggest necessary modifications.? Uphold best practices and standards in business analysis and documentation.? Conduct data analysis to provide insights into trends and patterns.
