Job Title: Business Analyst Location: Remote Must Need experiences of product owner or data engineer project Key Responsibilities: • Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to define product strategy, vision, and roadmap. • Translate business needs into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritized product backlogs. • Ensure alignment between business goals, technology capabilities, and customer expectations. • Use storytelling techniques to: • Inspire and align cross-functional teams. • Communicate complex ideas in simple, relatable ways. • Build a shared understanding of the product vision and customer journey. • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to uncover new growth opportunities. • Act as a bridge between business, technology teams, and end-users. • Facilitate workshops, brainstorming sessions, and product demos using engaging narratives and visuals. • Track and report on KPIs to ensure the delivery of measurable business value. Qualifications & Skills: • 10+ years of experience in roles such as Business Analyst, Product Owner, Product Manager, or Business Owner. • Expertise in requirement gathering, user story creation, backlog management, and working within Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, etc.). • Proven ability to simplify technical concepts for business stakeholders and vice versa. • Strong storytelling, communication, and presentation skills able to inspire and influence diverse audiences. • Sharp analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities. • Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills. • Proficiency with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar platforms.
