About the Role
This exciting opportunity is part of our Airport Hubs and Gateway Team within the Customer Experience Division. As an Entry-Level Customer Experience Representative, you'll play a vital role in ensuring seamless operations and delivering outstanding service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Participate in and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Distribute equipment and supplies to various teams and departments
Assist with finance-related tasks, such as organizing and maintaining operational records and lost time
Oversee new team member onboarding and manage boarding processes
Perform a wide range of office duties, including:

Coordinating meeting plans and schedules
Preparing and filing documents
Ordering and distributing office supplies
Reconciling P-card spending
Tracking anniversaries and birthday celebrations


Collaborate with colleagues to ensure accurate and timely request processing and receipt reconciliation
Work with vendors to resolve fuel-related issues
Manage and store lost and found cash and other items
Maintain equipment inventory and supplies
Assist with the preparation of management presentations and special projects as needed
Troubleshoot and escalate office technology issues
Support station event planning, coordination, and execution (e.g., team-building activities, lunch get-togethers, and recognition events)
Close financial transactions from the previous day


Requirements and Qualifications
Essential Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED equivalency required
Previous office or administrative experience preferred


Preferred Qualifications:

Proficiency in MS Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and others
Knowledge of company policies, procedures, and corporate standards
Ability to prioritize tasks, be detail-oriented, and meet deadlines
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Self-motivated with excellent problem-solving skills
Ability to adapt to new software and programs
Effective verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on customer service
Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with all levels within the organization
