KPMG is working through its partnership with MBO Partners and is currently seeking a remote contractor in the United States.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

System Configuration: Ability to understand the configuration and optimize Bullhorn for front-office (recruitment, sales), mid-office (compliance, client services), and back-office (payroll, invoicing) operations.

Module Expertise: Act as the expert on Bullhorn modules like CRM, ATS, VMS integration, Onboarding, and Back Office.

System Performance Analysis: Analyze data within Bullhorn to provide insights on key metrics and performance indicators.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with recruiters, sales teams, compliance officers, and finance departments to understand and meet their requirements.

Issue Resolution: Provide perspective on how Bullhorn can be configured to resolve technical issues and business challenges

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of experience working with Bullhorn ATS.

Strong understanding of front, mid, and back-office functions in a staffing company.

Proficient in configuring Bullhorn modules (CRM, ATS, VMS, Onboarding, Back Office).

Excellent problem-solving skills and experience with data management and reporting.

Strong communication skills for training and supporting users at all organizational levels

Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold the firm’s respectful and courteous work environment
