[Remote] Senior Electrical Project Manager – Data Center (Nationwide Travel)

They are seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Project Manager to oversee the electrical scope of a large-scale data center project, managing all phases of project delivery while ensuring compliance with safety standards and quality requirements.ResponsibilitiesLead all aspects of electrical project management for large-scale construction projects, with a focus on data center and mission-critical workOversee project budgets, schedules, procurement, and cost control to ensure successful financial outcomesManage complex electrical systems, including power distribution, switchgear, UPS systems, generators, and associated infrastructureCoordinate closely with clients, engineers, general contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure alignment and successful deliveryLead project meetings, reporting, and communication with key stakeholdersIdentify and mitigate project risks, including scope gaps, schedule delays, and cost impactsEnsure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and company proceduresDrive project profitability and contribute to overall business performanceProvide leadership, mentorship, and direction to project managers, engineers, and field teamsSupport the handover process through commissioning and project closeoutSkills10+ years of experience in electrical construction project managementStrong background working for an electrical contractor or MEP contractor is requiredProven experience managing large-scale projects; data center or mission-critical experience strongly preferredIn-depth understanding of electrical systems, construction processes, and project delivery methodsDemonstrated ability to manage budgets, schedules, and teams on complex projectsStrong leadership, communication, and organisational skillsAbility to travel nationwide on a 3 weeks on / 1 week off rotationProficiency with project management and construction software toolsData center or mission-critical experience strongly preferredBenefitsProfit-based performance bonusesPer Diem: Up to $5,000 per monthHousing: Company-provided or allowance options available401(k) with company matchComprehensive medical, dental, and vision coveragePaid time off, rotation-based schedule supporting work-life balanceOngoing training and professional development opportunitiesClear progression path into senior leadership rolesOpportunity to work on a landmark $1B data center project with long-term pipelineCompany OverviewITP provides an efficient, accurate and professional experience to industry leaders across the globe.
