Job Summary:

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Bulk Handler:
ā¢ With UPS's commitment to quality delivery services, packages are transported safely and securely from one point to another, whether in residential areas or commercial districts.
ā¢ Every package we handle should leave the customer feeling satisfied and surprised by the level of service received.
ā¢ Workers at UPS must prioritize their commitment to meeting DOT regulations.
ā¢ To keep packages in pristine condition during transportation, it's vital to apply safe handling procedures and not exceed the maximum weight limit of 70 pounds.
ā¢ Collaborate with coworkers to enhance productivity when coordinating delivery schedules and charting courses; work together as a Bulk Handler, but always maintain individual responsibility for delegated tasks
ā¢ To avoid delays in completing tasks assigned to this department, it is important to maintain accurate and comprehensive records of all incoming shipments
Qualifications and Experience of Bulk Handler:
ā¢ A lawful driver's license without any past transgressions in the system.
ā¢ Possessing sufficient physical prowess necessary to fulfill the duties prescribed in the DOT physical evaluation, including lifting weights of as much as seventy pounds
ā¢ Possessing superb interpersonal skills when serving clients with diverse requirements is advantageous due to my experience in providing services in multiple sectors, including this one
ā¢ The minimum qualifications noted in the earlier mentioned section can be fulfilled through the provision of supporting documentation, namely, an established record of academic excellence, supplemented by pertinent documents such as a high school diploma or comparable certification awarded post completion of all necessary academic obligations
ā¢ While prior experience in parcel delivery is not necessary, it can come in handy.
