Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service Representative will be the voice and face of the company, responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction through prompt resolution of inquiries and managing communications with customers and insurance adjusters.ResponsibilitiesAnswer incoming phone callsTake hotel and housing requests from insurance adjustersInput and maintain accurate records and customer details into our company’s computer systemsPerforms other related duties as necessary or assignedEnsure customer satisfaction by prompt and proper resolution of questions and issues via email and telephone communicationManage high volume email, as well as inbound and outbound telephone calls for claim handling, while documenting activities related to the claim in the company’s computer systemPerforms other duties as necessary or assignedSkillsOne or more years of Customer Service experienceExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with a preferred typing speed of 40 wpm or higherExcellent organizational and time management skillsProficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar softwareHigh School Diploma or equivalent requiredBenefitsAdditional opportunity for monthly incentivesCompany OverviewFounded in 1989 as Corporate Relocation Specialists, CRS Temporary Housing established itself as the first temporary housing company to solely serve the insurance industry.
