Brand Operations Manager

Role: Brand Operations Manager Location: Remote We are Growers, We are Wholesalers, We are Producers, We Are Budtenders, We are Retailers, We are Partners, and We are Hiring The Brand Operations Manager will build and streamline the systems and workflows that power our marketing and creative teams. This role connects strategy to execution—ensuring projects move efficiently while meeting brand, packaging, and multi-state compliance standards. Your Impact: Build and manage workflows that guide projects from brief through production and delivery Create structure across marketing and creative processes, including briefs, intake, and approvals Align cross-functional teams on timelines, priorities, and deliverables Own digital asset management, ensuring assets are organized, accessible, and audit-ready Manage vendors and packaging operations, driving consistency, quality, and accountability Integrate compliance into workflows to meet multi-state cannabis regulations Track budgets and provide clear reporting on projects, vendors, and performance Your Strengths: Experience in brand, marketing, or creative operations (cannabis experience preferred) Strong understanding of workflows, process building, and project management Knowledge of cannabis marketing, packaging, and compliance requirements Experience managing vendors and external partners Highly organized with strong attention to detail Collaborative and able to work across teams Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment If we are EMPATHETIC, HONORABLE & ACCOUNTABLE And we grow ourselves and business with GRIT then we will be CHAMPIONS OF CANNABIS Why Join Us: Holistic Industries offers a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive base pay, medical, dental, and vision coverage.
