**Job Summary**

As a Full Stack Call Center Representative, you'll be responsible for handling high-volume customer calls, providing data entry support, and resolving patient-related issues in a fast-paced environment. You'll work closely with our healthcare professionals, patients, and other stakeholders to deliver exceptional care and support. **Key Responsibilities**

* Handle high-volume customer calls, responding to patient inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Provide data entry support, utilizing careerzynith's remedy information entry methodology and rules to process patient enrollment and medication data
* Investigate and resolve missing solution data, decipher clinical truncations (SIG codes), and settle all information entry-related exceptions
* Handle correspondence with patients, including inbound calls, visits, and messages, and settle outbound decisions to prescribers and patients on a case-by-case basis
* Resolve Outsider Oddballs by surveying, gathering data, making remedies, and resubmitting for handling as per individual arrangement necessities
* Provide support to pharmacists, both in-office and remotely, and identify and convey issues to senior-level staff as necessary
* Maintain a dynamic specialist permit or certification within the initial 90 days and keep a functioning professional permit or certificate

**Essential Qualifications**

* High school diploma or equivalent
* Essential level computer skills, including:
+ Starting and closing a computer
+ Using a mouse to point and click
+ Starting and closing programs
+ Switching between programs
+ Saving files
+ Printing documents
+ Accessing data online
* Essential web browser skills, including:
+ Opening a program
+ Composing URLs in the right area
+ Using a web search engine
+ Bookmarking a webpage
+ Exploring using back/forward/stop buttons
+ Completing forms online
* Middle-of-the-road level keyboarding skills (at least 25 WPM, typing by memory, organizing records)
* Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally
* 18 years old or older

**Preferred Qualifications**

* At least 1 year of pharmacy professional experience in a retail or call center environment
* At least 1.5 years as a pharmacy professional with a declaration/enrollment by the state as conceded by the State Board for Pharmacies or broadly recognized certification office
* Experience providing customer care to internal and external clients, including fulfilling quality guidelines for services, and assessment of consumer satisfaction
* Middle to advanced level keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, organizing records)
* Familiarity with Spanish and English
