Research and analyze blockchain technology to identify potential use cases and opportunities for innovation. Design and implement secure and efficient smart contracts for various investment processes. Troubleshoot and debug blockchain applications and resolve technical issues. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in blockchain technology. Conduct code reviews and ensure code quality and standards are met. Train and mentor junior developers on blockchain development best practices. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Continuously improve and optimize existing blockchain solutions to enhance performance and functionality. Participate in the development and execution of the company's blockchain roadmap. Ensure compliance with regulatory and security standards for blockchain applications. Communicate project progress and updates to team members and stakeholders. Act as a subject matter expert on blockchain technology and provide guidance to the team and company leadership.
