Key Responsibilities
As an APD/BI Auto Adjuster, you will:
Β• Review and assess claims to determine coverage, liability, and the extent of damages.
Β• Conduct thorough investigations, interviewing insureds, claimants, and witnesses to ensure accurate claim outcomes.
Β• Set timely and adequate reserves in line with client policies.
Β• Make settlement recommendations, negotiate, and resolve claims, including supplements.
Β• Identify subrogation and salvage opportunities and pursue them accordingly.
Β• Ensure compliance with state regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
Β• Provide excellent customer service, keeping all involved parties informed and addressing questions or concerns.
Β• Work collaboratively with the team and strive to be a resource to others.
Β• Operate in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment with strong attention to detail.

Qualifications
We're looking for candidates who bring the following to the table:
Β• Individual Independent State Adjuster licenses required (especially in Texas). Ability to obtain necessary licenses within 60 days of hire.
Β• 4+ years of experience handling personal lines auto physical damage claims of low to moderate complexity.
Β• Exposure or strong experience handling bodily injury claims.
Β• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Β• Ability to make autonomous decisions with strong analytical reasoning.
Β• Experience using estimating platforms for material damage claims.
Β• Ability to thrive in a high-production, virtual environment.
Β• A dedication to maintaining complete and accurate claim files.
