About The Role
What if your years of biology training could directly shape how AI reasons through the most complex problems in genetics, biotechnology, and bioinformatics? We're looking for biology experts to help build and train cutting-edge AI models — challenging them with advanced problems, evaluating their scientific reasoning, and ensuring they meet the standards real researchers demand.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role built for working scientists and academics. No AI background needed — just deep domain expertise and a sharp scientific mind.

• Commitment: 10–40 hours/week
What You'll Do
• Develop, solve, and critically review advanced biology problems with real-world scientific relevance
• Apply your expertise in genetics, biotechnology, bioinformatics, or related fields to design complex, rigorous problem statements
• Evaluate AI-generated scientific content for accuracy, depth, and methodological soundness
• Collaborate asynchronously with AI researchers and fellow domain experts to strengthen AI model reasoning
• Ensure scientific rigor, clarity, and precision across all deliverables
• Work independently on task-based assignments — fully on your own schedule
Who You Are
• Master's or PhD in Biology or a closely related field (Genetics, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Bioinformatics, etc.)
• Strong expertise in at least one of: genetics, biotechnology, or bioinformatics
• Comfortable working with Python or R for research or data analysis
• Exceptional written communication skills — you can explain complex science clearly and precisely
• Naturally detail-oriented with a rigorous, methodical approach to scientific problems
• Fluent in English
Nice to Have
• Prior experience with data annotation, data quality review, or AI evaluation systems
• Background in computational biology, systems biology, or related quantitative disciplines
• Experience writing or reviewing scientific literature, grant proposals, or technical documentation
• Familiarity with AI tools or large language model workflows
