• Respond to inquiries related to scheduling and medical services

Requirements
• Proven experience in medical scheduling or related field
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Proficiency in scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are preferred
