They are seeking a proactive and motivated BIM Coordinator to manage, coordinate, and ensure the quality of BIM data for infrastructure, rail, and transportation projects.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate the integration of discipline-specific models into the project's federated modelIdentify conflicts or inconsistencies in federated models and communicate them to design teams for resolutionPrepare and update coordination files, ensuring compliance with project standardsOrganize BIM coordination reviews and document technical issues to follow up onVerify the consistency of federated models with BEP requirements and project standardsCollaborate with discipline teams to improve modelling and coordination practicesContribute to documenting coordination processes in the project's collaborative toolsParticipate in implementing the BEP in line with coordination objectivesStay up to date on BIM tools and methods and propose technical improvementsSkillsBachelor's degree in civil engineering, architecture, construction management, or BIM certification is an assetMinimum 1 to 5 years in BIM coordination on infrastructure, rail, or construction projectsUnderstanding of major BIM software (modeling and coordination platforms)Understanding integrating federated models and clash detectionAbility to understand and implement Information Management processes and proceduresEnglish required (spoken and written)Excellent communication and ability to work in a multidisciplinary teamAttention to detail, rigor, and strong organizational skillsAnalytical and problem-solving abilitiesProactivity and initiativeBenefitsCompetitive compensationEmployee recognitionFlexible benefitsDiverse opportunities for training and professional developmentHybrid working cultureGenerous time-off policiesCompany OverviewAtkinsRéalis is a global firm offering engineering project management, and design solutions across infrastructure and energy sectors.
