Adjunct Instructor Pool (College and Career Readiness)
We are actively and continuously seeking qualified Adjunct Instructors for our College and Career Readiness Programs. Instructors will help individuals earn a High School Equivalency diploma, learn English, improve spelling, math, and writing skills or generally improve their academic skills in preparation for college-level coursework.
Application review is continuous and opportunities are on an "as needed" basis.
ā¢ Provides instruction and basic skills to prepare students for college level coursework or earn a high school equivalency diploma.
ā¢ Develop course syllabi, outlines, and lesson plans for curriculum courses assigned.
ā¢ Review and select appropriate textbooks and instructional materials
and media for the classes to be taught.
ā¢ Develops lectures, classroom activities, and hands-on exercises for
students to participate and learn.
ā¢ Monitors and records student progress in courses.
ā¢ Administers tests or other evaluation methods to students.
ā¢ Keeps records of student attendance.
ā¢ Bachelor's degree
ā¢ Applicable Certifications and/or 2 years education training experience
ā¢ Salary dependent upon degree.
