Billing, Payroll and Analytics Officer -(Part time - 20 hours/week) - PA
Job Summary
A part time (20 hours/week) remote team member who will be responsible for our billing, payroll, accounts receivable and data/analytics tracking including key MCO compliance metrics.
Duties/Responsibilities:
ā Prepare, process, audit and submit run payroll on payroll software for employees on a weekly basis.
ā Verify all approvals for increases and promotions are received timely.
ā Validate payroll inputs, bonus payments, additional pay, and deductions as well as assist team members with questions and resolve discrepancies.
ā Verify all approvals for increases and promotions are received timely.
ā Ongoing personnel/payroll updates in HRIS.
ā Assisting with the billing of all agency clients including: MCO, insurance, and private pay.
ā Posting payments and resolving outstanding A/R issues.
ā Managing A/R processes.
ā Running billing and A/R reports for management team review.
ā If applicable, submits secondary billing in a timely manner with appropriate supporting documentation per payer specific guidelines to ensure expected revenue is allowed.
ā Other tasks as required by senior staff/supervisor.
ā Enter and process analytics data on a weekly basis to track key operational performance metrics.
ā Oversee the processing of patient authorizations and manage communications with MCOs and PA payors.
ā Training and oversight of the payroll and accounts receivable team

Key Performance Metrics
ā Timely and accurate (error free) processing of payroll on a weekly basis.
ā Timely and accurate (error free) billing of the MCO's and PA Payers on a weekly basis.
ā EVV exceptions rates at 85 percent or above on a weekly basis.
ā Patient utilization rates of 95 percent or above on a weekly basis.
ā Other performance metrics as determined periodically by the managing director. Required
Required Skills/Abilities:

⢠Strong quantitative (math) and analytical skills
⢠Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
⢠Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, and related software
Education and Experience:
⢠High school completion, college degree preferred.
Physical Requirements:
⢠Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
20 hours per week with a specific schedule to be determined. As part-time, this position will not be eligible for healthcare benefits.
