As a Bilingual Supervisor - Inside Sales, you'll play a critical role in driving business results, leading a team of bilingual representatives, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. About the Role In this remote role, you'll be responsible for managing a team of bilingual Business Sales and Billing representatives across multiple call centers. You'll be the driving force behind acquiring, growing, and retaining business customers, while also coaching and developing your team to achieve outstanding performance and efficiency metrics. As a seasoned leader, you'll be motivated by challenging goals and driven to find innovative ways to improve business results every day. Key Responsibilities Lead bilingual representatives to acquire, grow, and retain customers, while delivering exceptional customer service. Coach representatives to leverage tools and drive positive customer outcomes, analyzing data to inform your coaching and development strategies. Drive close rates, exceed net revenue targets, increase customer satisfaction, and drive productivity metrics, while managing revenue write-down and improving positive actions metrics. Foster an environment that encourages employee engagement, prioritizing the employee and customer first to deliver outstanding experiences. Perform consistent and timely coaching and development in an organized and well-detailed manner, promoting a collaborative and inclusive work environment. Manage union employees and work flexible schedules, including nights and weekends as needed. Travel to multiple centers along the East coast as required, with occasional in-person trainings and meetings. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need to have: A Bachelor's degree or four or more years of relevant work experience. Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish, with the ability to pass a Spanish assessment. Four or more years of relevant work experience, with a strong understanding of general internet concepts, such as data speeds, popular consumer apps, and over-the-top (OTT) applications. Experience working with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. A willingness to work flexible schedules, including nights and weekends as needed, and travel to multiple centers along the East coast. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications will make you an even more competitive candidate: A degree in a relevant field. Two or more years of supervisory experience in a sales support/customer service call center environment. Experience coaching and developing employees in a sales environment, providing skills, support, and motivation. Excellent oral and written communication skills. As a Bilingual Supervisor - Inside Sales, you'll be eligible for a competitive salary, with a compensation range of $60,900 to $113,100 annually based on a full-time schedule. The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is a commission-based position, with the potential to earn more.
