**Responsibilities**

As a remote customer service representative with careerzynith, you will be responsible for:

* Providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat to assist customers with inquiries, booking changes, cancellations, and more.
* Troubleshooting customer issues with tickets, reservations, flight schedules, and travel preferences.
* Handling customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner while ensuring resolution.
* Processing and updating customer information and flight details accurately in company systems.
* Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of careerzynith's policies, procedures, and promotional offers.
* Assisting with administrative tasks, ensuring smooth service delivery and efficient operations.

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

* Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) and a friendly, positive attitude.
* Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure.
* High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred but not required).
* Experience in customer service is a plus, but not mandatory.
* Basic computer skills and the ability to navigate digital communication platforms (email, chat, etc.).
