SUMMARYWe have an exciting opportunity for a Bilingual Sourcer near or in the Ashland/Richmond, Virginia, Niagara Falls, NY or Schenectady, NY area that will collaborate closely with manufacturing leaders and Recruiters to help fill high priority positions. Proactively identify and attract qualified candidates using various sourcing channels including social medica, online platforms, and professional network.
Develop and maintain a strong relationship with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to build and maintain a robust talent pipeline.
Review inbound applications ad assess qualifications, engaging with candidates who align with position requirements.
Utilize various sourcing tools, including ATS, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other relevant platforms.
Track sourcing metrics and provide insights on talent pools and market trends.
REQUIREMENTS
3 -5 years of experience in a Sourcer / Talent Acquisition (Recruiter) role.
Must be Bilingual in French, with English as your first language and French as your second language.
Must have manufacturing industry experience sourcing for salaried positions across the USA.
Must have experience with mapping, building pipeline, etc.
Manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
Experience working with the recruitment module of SuccessFactors a plus.
