We are looking to add a qualified, full-time, Receptionist to our amazing team.
Job Responsibilities:
? Answering and transferring calls to their appropriate destination.
? Servicing Clients, Vendors, and other visitors in the lobby.
? Maintaining the conference room schedules for the day.
? Assisting with incoming and outgoing mail, scanning, and other administrative activities.
Required Skills:
? Bilingual in English and Spanish.
? Proficient in answering a multi-line phone system.
? Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
? A professional demeanor in all aspects.
? A willingness to expand ones skill set.
