**Job Summary**
As a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for providing real-time, hands-on support to our customers, ensuring they receive their packages on time and with a smile. **Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a warehouse production environment with varying noise levels and temperatures
* Ability to carry, lift, push, and pull up to 49 pounds
* Ability to stand, kneel, crouch, and/or stretch during shifts up to 12 hours long
