We are a growing, virtual-first property management company seeking a licensed North Carolina real estate professional to support legal and lease-related activities. This is a part-time, commission-based opportunity ideal for a newly licensed agent or someone seeking flexible remote work with growth potential.
Core Responsibilities:
• Prepare and sign residential leases on behalf of property owners
• Handle lease renewals and legal notices (e.g., eviction filings)
• Support tenant placement as needed (screening, lease negotiation)
• Ensure legal compliance with NC property management requirements
• Maintain accurate lease files and documentation
Requirements:
• Valid North Carolina real estate license
• Bilingual (Fluent in English/Spanish)
• Reliable laptop and wireless headset
• Strong attention to detail and time management
• Comfortable working independently and remotely
• Experience with rental platforms or property management software (a plus)

Pay: $500.00 - $2,000.00 per week
