Bilingual Legal Assistant
Job Description:
• Assist attorneys with case preparation and management for personal injury matters
• Draft, review, and edit correspondence, legal documents, and reports
• Organize and maintain case files, medical records, and discovery materials
• Manage calendars, deadlines, and scheduling for attorneys and clients
• Conduct online research related to cases as needed
• Communicate professionally and promptly with clients, insurance companies, and medical providers in both English and Spanish
• Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations
Requirements:
• Must be located outside of the United States (international candidates only)
• Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal) is required
• Prior experience as a Legal Assistant, Paralegal, or in a law firm environment preferred
• Personal injury experience strongly preferred
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and case management software (experience with legal software is a plus)
• Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely full-time
