**Job Summary**

We're seeking an experienced Customer Care Agent to join our remote team, working a part-time schedule on weekends (Saturdays, Sundays, and Mondays). As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for handling inbound support requests from partner staff or customers via email, phone, and chat. Your primary focus will be on building sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication, providing accurate and complete information, and recommending potential products or services to management.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Handle inbound support requests from partner staff or customers via email, phone, and chat
* Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
* Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
* Update, revise, and expand upon existing customer support documentation
* Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs
* Work a part-time schedule on weekends (Saturdays, Sundays, and Mondays)

**Essential Qualifications**

* 3 years of demonstrated experience in customer service in different forms (phone, email, chat)
* Embody the careerzynith product and service-first culture; you are both the critical first impression and lifeblood of the product experience
* Feel deep accountability for the consistency and overall experience of the product
* Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
* Excellent communication and presentation skills

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Experience working in a remote environment
* Familiarity with fintech or financial services industry
* Proven track record of providing exceptional customer experiences
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
