Job description: Bilingual Home Care Aide
$18.75 - $21.25 an hourHome Instead is looking for caring and compassionate Caregivers in ANY other language to become a part of our team and join our mission of enhancing the lives of aging adults throughout our community. Requirements
Fluent in English and ANY other language (Spanish, Hindi, Korean, Mandarin, Japanese, etc)
Ability to treat and care for seniors and their property with privacy, dignity, and respect
Be a good and patient listener in a friendly and polite manner
Ability to pass a DOJ/FBI background check and TB (tuberculosis) test
Good driving record with a valid CA driver’s license and valid auto insurance (required for driving clients)
Flexible work schedule, early mornings, afternoons, evenings, WEEKENDS
Live in the following cities, Orange, Anaheim, Garden Grove, Cypress, Stanton, La Palma or Buena Park
Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to
Companionship and conversation
Light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation
Medication and appointment reminders
Alzheimer’s and/or Dementia Care
Ability to communicate with clients in a friendly and congenial manner
Personal Care
Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to
Companionship and conversation
Light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation
Medication and appointment reminders
Alzheimer’s and/or Dementia Care
Ability to communicate with clients in a friendly and congenial manner
Expected salary: $18.25 - 20.25 per hour
