Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Bilingual French and English Customer Service Representative to join our team of game-changers. As a remote customer service representative, you will work from the comfort of your own home, providing exceptional customer service support to our clients via inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats. Your primary goal will be to resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring a positive customer experience and promoting our clients' products and services. Key Responsibilities Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide in the customer's preferred language (French or English) Help customers resolve basic technical issues and answer questions about our clients' products and services Track, document, and retrieve information in databases to ensure accurate and efficient customer support Maintain broad knowledge of client products and/or services, including smartphones, tablets, computers, and wearables Offer additional products and/or services to customers, as applicable Deliver expert customer experiences with a smile, ensuring a positive and memorable interaction with our clients' customers Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills: Fluency in both French and English (written and verbal) 1+ year of customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment A high school diploma or GED A quiet, distraction-free environment to work from in your home Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking and ability to work in a dynamic environment Eagerness to learn new technologies and systems Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge High Speed internet (no wireless/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS, or comparable technology Previous experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably in a remote or call center environment Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Career Growth and Development Opportunities At Concentrix, we are committed to providing our employees with opportunities for career growth and development.
