Job Overview: Bilingual Customer Service Representative We're seeking a dedicated and bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be the frontline representative of blithequark, providing exceptional support to our consumers and stakeholders. This role requires a unique blend of empathy, professionalism, and technical skills, with a flexible scheduling arrangement to ensure comprehensive coverage. Key Responsibilities Respond to inbound and outbound call inquiries in a professional, friendly, and timely manner, ensuring a public-service oriented approach. Initiate outbound calls to respond to inquiries and follow up with previous contacts, fostering strong relationships with our consumers. Perform support ticket transaction resolution tasks and administrative functions, ensuring efficient issue resolution. Create and maintain excellent documentation of all calls, questions, complaints, and mailed inquiries, adhering to our high standards for record-keeping. Route mail, email, and other administrative support duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of program rules and operating platforms to effectively respond to customer service inquiries. Troubleshoot issues and present information to various stakeholders, including managers, clients, customers, and the general public. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you must possess: A high school degree or equivalent. Bilingual skills in Spanish and English (required). Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, and governmental regulations. A demonstrated understanding and ability to work effectively with persons with disabilities. Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail. The ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Excel, and Word is preferred. Preferred Experience While not mandatory, having: 6 months of call center experience or 1 year of customer service experience will give you a competitive edge.
