We are looking for a dedicated and bilingual (English & Spanish) Customer Service Representative to join our team. This remote position involves managing a phone switchboard and ensuring callers are directed to the appropriate extensions.
Key Responsibilities:
Ā Answer and manage incoming calls on the phone switchboard.
Ā Direct calls to the appropriate extensions or departments.
Ā Provide accurate information to callers when necessary.
Ā Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times.
Ā Assist with additional tasks as needed.
Requirements:
Ā Fully bilingual in English and Spanish.
Ā Excellent communication skills.
Ā Strong customer service orientation.
Ā Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ā No prior experience required.
