What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Administer leave management and ADA accommodation processes for all employees
- Provide expert guidance to employees and management on leave and retirement plan questions
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations
- Maintain accurate HRIS records related to leave statuses and 401(k) enrollments
- Collaborate with insurance providers and benefits vendors to ensure smooth operations

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Communications, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience
- Three (3) to five (5) years of direct experience in evaluating and administering benefit plans
- Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office, analytical tools, and HRMS
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality

- Experience working in a multi-site, multi-state organization
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data for problem-solving
- Self-directed and self-motivated with efficient time management skills
- Willingness to travel occasionally to regional office sites
