We’re growing quickly and looking for a consultative Account Executive who thrives in meaningful business conversations and knows how to build trust with sophisticated buyers.

About the Role

This is not a transactional sales role.

As an Account Executive, you’ll speak directly with founders and business owners who are actively seeking financial guidance and operational support. These are warm inbound opportunities with companies already interested in improving their financial systems, profitability, and growth strategy.

Your responsibility is to uncover what’s truly happening inside the business — cash flow concerns, operational bottlenecks, growth limitations, forecasting challenges — and position Zacharin Consulting as the solution.

You’ll run approximately 5 scheduled consultations daily while managing a high-value pipeline with thoughtful, strategic follow-up.

Average engagement size exceeds $2,000/month recurring revenue, meaning every deal you close creates long-term earning potential.

Compensation Ramp Period
• $4,000 guaranteed during your first 30 days

Ongoing Compensation
• $3,000/month base salary
• 10% commission on first month revenue for every new client
• 4% recurring residual commission on months 2–12

On-Target Earnings
• $120,000 – $180,000+ annually

What You’ll Do
• Conduct consultative discovery calls with warm inbound leads
• Understand client financial challenges, operational pain points, and growth goals
• Present tailored fractional CFO and outsourced accounting solutions
• Navigate sophisticated objections with confidence and transparency
• Manage a multi-week sales cycle and strategic follow-up process
• Maintain accurate pipeline management inside HubSpot CRM
• Collaborate with leadership on messaging, process improvement, and client feedback

What We’re Looking For
• 2+ years of B2B sales experience
• Experience selling high-ticket services or recurring engagements
• Strong consultative sales ability and discovery skills
• Comfortable discussing business finance concepts including cash flow, budgeting, and profitability
• Ability to build trust with founders and business owners
• Organized pipeline management and CRM discipline
• HubSpot experience preferred
