Full-Time Behavior Technician (RBT or CBT Preferred)
Location: Granite Falls, WA
School Year: 2025–2026 (September 3, 2025 – June 12, 2026)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:35 AM – 3:11 PM (1.5-hour early release on Wednesdays)
Compensation: $38/hr
BlazerJobs is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to join a supportive K–12 team in Granite Falls, WA for the 2025–2026 school year. This is a full-time, onsite position working directly with students who need behavioral and emotional support to succeed in the classroom.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide one-on-one and small group behavioral support
• Implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families
• Collect and document data related to student progress
Requirements:
• RBT or CBT certification preferred
• Prior experience working with children or in school settings
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Must be reliable and passionate about supporting student growth
