Revenue Coordinator, ROPS

Description: • Assist in the insurance process for patients, including insurance verification and billing coordination for dialysis treatments. • Work in conjunction with Regional Reimbursement Specialists to ensure patients are billed appropriately. • Largely independent daily work as part of a team of coordinators, managing electronic tracking of information. • Provide highest level of customer service to all constituents primarily via telephone and email. • Use advanced Microsoft Office skills and computer literacy to manage detailed electronic records and communications. • Communicate clearly and concisely in a fast-paced environment to resolve billing and insurance issues. Requirements: • Skilled health insurance professional with experience assisting in the insurance process for patients. • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and strong computer literacy. • Experience with electronic tracking of information and billing processes. • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem solving abilities. • Strong phone and email communication skills; ability to present professionally over the phone and via email. • Ability to work largely independently as part of a team of coordinators. • Willingness to undergo pre-employment substance abuse testing and background verification checks.
