Beautiful Female Model and Webinar Co-Host (Monthly Role) | No Exp Necessary

// Description: We’re looking for a professional, beautiful female model (18 - 32) with a great on-camera presence to act as a co-host our monthly live Zoom webinars. These webinars focus on the Property Management Sales Process, which is a very traditional and male-dominated industry. To balance the tone and create a more engaging experience for attendees, we want to introduce a charismatic, young, beautiful female co-host. Your role will be to bring energy, warmth, and relatability to the sessions — complementing the main host’s expertise and helping the audience stay connected throughout. (We work in a male-dominated industry, so we are hoping a splash of female energy will be a valuable strategy in keeping attendees engaged.) This is a recurring role (once per month) for the right person, beginning with a test session. Responsibilities: -- Appear on-camera as a co-host throughout the webinar. -- Provide the opening introduction and set the tone for the session. -- Deliver housekeeping notes (chat/Q&A instructions, agenda, timing). -- Act as the audience bridge: monitoring Q&A and surfacing questions to the host. -- React naturally on camera (smiling, nodding, engaged presence). -- Assist with polls and transitions between segments. -- Help close the session with a friendly recap and thank-you. Expectations: -- Join 1–2 short practice run-throughs before each live webinar. -- Attend the live webinar once per month (approx 90 minutes). -- Bring a professional, confident, and polished on-camera presence. -- Have reliable internet, good lighting, and clear audio. Commitment: -- Frequency: Once per month (with potential for ongoing work). -- Time: 1x live session (approx 90 minutes) + practice runs (30–60 min total). ✅ Ideal Candidate: -- Female model with some on-camera experience (commercial, livestream, hosting, or similar). -- Comfortable speaking live in English. -- Engaging, confident, and personable personality. -- Prior experience moderating or co-hosting events is a plus, but not required.
