Position Overview: Were actively hiring Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to serve school-aged and early intervention students across Pennsylvania. Youll have the freedom to choose between virtual and in-person roles and select a workload that aligns with your schedule and preferences. We offer full-time, part-time, and per-diem opportunitiesincluding flat-rate assignments for specialized assessments such as VB-MAPP, FBA, AFLS, and EFL. What Youll Do: • Oversee and supervise behavior technicians and RBTs, providing weekly training and hands-on support • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs), skill-based assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans • Analyze program effectiveness and adjust as needed • Provide parent training and build strong, collaborative relationships with families and school teams • Deliver clinical supervision and maintain documentation in compliance with school and state standards • Optionally complete paid flat-rate evaluations (VB-MAPP, AFLS, EFL, etc.) Requirements: • Active BCBA certification in the state of Pennsylvania • Current clearances (FBI, State Police, Child Abuse) • Mandated Reporter Training • Professional liability insurance • Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with teams and families • Experience with school-aged populations and/or early intervention strongly preferred Why LETS Therapy? • Competitive bi-weekly compensation • Mileage reimbursement for in-person travel • Direct and indirect time paid • Flat-rate pay for specialized evaluations • Work remotely, onsite, or hybridyour choice • Flexible caseloads and locations across Pennsylvania • Supportive team available 24/7 • Direct deposit + referral bonuses • Live anywhere in the U.S.must be licensed in PA Lets Build Something MeaningfulTogether.
