We are currently seeking a part-time Bartender for our location in Moreno Valley. This position is offered by Olive Garden, one of the most renowned and respected brands in the hospitality industry. The Bartender will work under 4 hours per day, providing superior service to our guests. The pay rate for this position is $13.00 per hour plus tips.

We are looking for an enthusiastic bartender to provide an excellent guest drinking experience. You will be responsible for serving patrons at our front bar. Good bartenders will be able to create classic and innovative drinks exceeding customers needs and expectations, while demonstrating genuine hospitality during each interaction.
Responsibilities:

– Prepare alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
– Interact with customers, take orders, and serve snacks and drinks
– Assess customers needs and preferences and make recommendations
– Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
– Check customers identification and confirm it meets the legal drinking age
– Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
– Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
– Comply with all food and beverage regulations
Qualifications:

– Proven working experience as a Bartender
– Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks
– Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
– Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
– Relevant training certificate
