They represent businesses, debtors, creditors, and financial stakeholders in distressed business disputes and multi-million dollar restructurings.
The Ideal Candidate
We are seeking a high-caliber litigator with 3+ years of experience and a strong focus on Chapter 11 proceedings. This firm values technical mastery and a "results-first" mindset. While they have physical hubs in Newport Beach and NYC for those who prefer an office environment, they are fully supportive of hybrid or fully remote arrangements for exceptional candidates residing anywhere in the U.S.
