About the position

The Banking Associate plays a crucial role in delivering TD's brand promise at a store location by accurately completing everyday banking transactions and providing advice and educational support on services, products, and tools to help customers achieve their financial goals. This position involves engaging with customers, building trust, and promoting banking products and services to enhance customer relationships and satisfaction.

Responsibilities
? Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.

? Open new accounts and educate customers on banking products and services.

? Provide consultative support and financial advice to customers.
,
? Utilize TD's systems to engage with customers and deepen relationships.
,
? Identify customer financial needs and promote appropriate products and services.
,
? Service customers on both the teller line and platform as needed.

? Manage self-generated leads and partner referrals to enhance customer engagement.
,
? Ensure compliance with internal and external audit and regulatory requirements.

Requirements
? High school diploma or GED.
,
? 1 year of experience working with customers in any capacity.
,
? Demonstrated customer service skills.
,
? Ability to work during operating hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
,
? Teller experience preferred.
,
? Strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
,
? Excellent communication skills.
,
? Demonstrated effective problem-solving skills.
,
? Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Nice-to-haves
? Notary License preferred.

? Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
