Role: Back End Engineer Location: Remote Duration: PART TIME-10 hours a week. Interview: Video Responsibilities: Write clean and maintainable code in a fast-paced environment Working on Azure Functions written in NodeJS using CosmosDB Provide estimates for the work that you will be doing then meet those estimates Participate in all required agile ceremonies Quickly identify and track down bugs and implement the most effective solution Provide input as required to the planning, requirements definition, and design process for new features Provide consistent communication regarding status to both the Engineering and Business teams Skills and Competencies/Education: Expertise with NodeJS, Cosmos DB Experience with Azure Function Apps, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Application Insights, Azure DevOps Experience with 3rd Party API Integration and PowerBI Reporting Experience with other Azure Services such as: Key Vault, Networking, Front Door and WAF, API Management Service is a big plus Bachelor s degree in computer science or equivalent experience Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines are essential to success Ability to pick up new responsibilities quickly Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude Experience with the Agile methodology Self-starter who can work independently as well as in team environment Employers have access to artificial intelligence language tools (“AI”) that help generate and enhance job descriptions and AI may have been used to create this description.
