Job Description
• 3- 5 years previous experience as a Business Analyst (including requirements elicitation). The ideal candidate has prior experience with IGA tools and processes.
• The candidate must have strong technical background in Saviynt IGA technologies, knowledge and understanding in process development, account administration, forms administration and data management.
• Role will serve as a technical subject matter expert within Saviynt (Identity Governance and Administration tool) and focus on design, configuration and deployment of access request catalog.
• The successful candidate will have solid Identity Access Management experience with a sound understanding of project delivery processes having worked within delivery.
• BA will have confidence and ability to drive business workshops and User Forums to document business, security, technical and operational requirements.
• Qualified candidate will provide organizational support and operational direction for components necessary to deliver governance across the portfolio of services related to workforce Identity & Access Management (IAM).
• Possessing the ability to quickly comprehend the business need, the BA will translate those needs into requirements, identifying integration challenges and developing plans of action to resolve, assuring Identity and Access Management minimum requirements are met
• Strong analytical and technical skills, ability to solve complex problems, ability to innovate, and a strategic business perspective.
• Familiarity with data exploration and data visualization tools like Tableau, Jupyter, Power BI, etc.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
