Job Title: Azure Network Architect
Location- Remote
Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Azure Network Architect to design, implement, and manage secure, scalable, and high-performing networking solutions in Microsoft Azure. The role involves defining cloud network architecture, ensuring security best practices, and supporting hybrid and multi-cloud environments.
Key Responsibilities
ā¢ Design and implement Azure networking solutions (VNets, subnets, routing, peering)
ā¢ Architect hybrid connectivity (Site-to-Site VPN, Point-to-Site VPN, ExpressRoute)
ā¢ Implement secure networking using NSGs, Azure Firewall, WAF, and Private Endpoints
ā¢ Define network architecture standards, policies, and best practices
ā¢ Optimize network performance, availability, and cost efficiency
ā¢ Troubleshoot complex network issues across cloud and on-prem environments
ā¢ Collaborate with cloud, security, and DevOps teams
ā¢ Support cloud migration and transformation projects
ā¢ Document architecture designs, diagrams, and processes
ā¢ Monitor network performance using Azure tools (Network Watcher, Azure Monitor)
Required Skills & Qualifications
ā¢ Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
ā¢ 6 10 years of experience in networking, including cloud environments
ā¢ Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, VPNs, routing protocols, and firewalls
ā¢ Hands-on experience with Azure networking services
ā¢ Experience with hybrid cloud and on-prem integration
ā¢ Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
Preferred Qualifications
ā¢ Microsoft certifications (Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Azure Network Engineer Associate)
ā¢ Experience with multi-cloud (AWS, GCP)
ā¢ Knowledge of Zero Trust architecture and network security frameworks
ā¢ Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, ARM, Bicep)
ā¢ Familiarity with automation and scripting (PowerShell, Python)
