UX Designer / Product Design Manager (m/w/d)
Position
For the further development of our products, we are looking for a creative and strategic UX Designer (m/f/d) who will shape the user experience of our software products while also taking ownership of our corporate design.
Your mission
Take ownership of the user experience of our software products, from concept to implementation
Design intuitive user journeys, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes
Conduct user research and usability analyses, deriving actionable recommendations for improvement
Collaborate closely with developers, management, and other stakeholders throughout the product development process
Gather, evaluate, and prioritize requirements while contributing to product strategy and roadmap planning
Ensure a consistent user experience across all products
Drive the development and maintenance of our corporate design and brand identity
Build and maintain a scalable design system and related design guidelines
Create visual concepts for digital products, marketing materials, and internal communications
Act as the key interface between business, users, and the development team
Contribute to the ideation, design, and launch of new features and product enhancements
Your profile
Several years of experience in UX/UI Design, Product Design, or a similar role
Strong expertise in designing user-centered digital products
Hands-on experience with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms
Understanding of product management processes and agile methodologies
Experience collaborating with software developers and cross-functional teams
Strong sense for branding, corporate design, and visual communication
Structured, self-driven, and solution-oriented working style
Fluent English skills, both written and spoken
