One of our client is looking for a Senior AWS Connect Contact Center Developer @ Omaha, NE (Onsite) Please find below the details of the position. Senior Developer- Omaha, NE (Onsite) Job Description: An Amazon Connect development lead with "agent builder" capability is a senior technical expert responsible for designing, developing, and deploying advanced, AI-powered contact center solutions. Required Skills & Experience • Amazon Connect Expertise: Strong hands-on experience designing and building contact flows, managing routing profiles, queues, and security profiles. • AI/ML Knowledge: Experience with Generative AI tools and frameworks (e.g., Amazon Bedrock, LangChain, OpenAI) and integrating AI/Agentic AI solutions with contact center platforms. • Cloud Development: Proficiency in AWS cloud services (Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, etc.) and programming skills in Python, Node.js, or Java. • Development Practices: Familiarity with version control tools (GIT) and CI/CD practices (CloudFormation, Terraform). • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to address complex technical and operational issues.
