As we continue to expand, were investing in the brand presence of our venues and that starts with storytelling on social media.Role Overview Were looking for a true creator a Social Media Manager who can own content strategy and execution across three Aviva venues. This role is ideal for a creative and organized marketer who can work independently, source and direct high-quality visual content, and bring our venues to life on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. While the position will begin as a 34 month contract, there is strong potential for it to evolve into a long-term, strategic role within our growing company.Key ResponsibilitiesPhotographer Outreach & Content PipelineProactively reach out to photographers from past weddings to collect and organize event photography and video.Build a steady content pipeline to support consistent posting across three properties.New Content ProductionHire and manage photographers for updated venue imagery, drone footage, and styled shoots.Ensure deliverables align with brand standards, aesthetic goals, and platform requirements.Platform Management & SchedulingCreate and maintain a regular posting schedule across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.Rotate through key content categories (real weddings, venue beauty shots, food & beverage), including clear calls to action to drive engagement and inquiries.Community EngagementMonitor comments, tags, and DMs; respond in brand voice or escalate to the team when appropriate.Engage with partner vendors (DJs, florists, etc.) and past/current clients to build visibility and loyalty.Brand CohesionUphold and refine the visual identity of each venue.Ensure content across venues feels distinct but remains cohesive within the broader Aviva brand family.Analytics & IterationUse analytics tools to track performance (reach, engagement, CTR, follower growth).Present monthly insights and suggest adjustments to content or strategy based on results.Who You AreBachelors degree and 13 years of social media experience, preferably in weddings, hospitality, or lifestyleComfortable hiring and directing freelance photographers, stylists, and drone operatorsCreative, resourceful, and able to manage multiple projects on tight deadlinesProficient in scheduling and analytics tools (Later, Planoly, Meta Suite, etc.)Familiar with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or basic video editing toolsContract DetailsLength: 34 months (minimum)Hours: 3040 hours/weekStart Date: ASAP (flexible)Compensation: $30$35/hour, depending on experienceLocation: Remote, with occasional travel to venuesEqual Opportunity Statement Aviva provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any kind.
